All our rent collections are deposited into a Real Estate Trust Account with monthly reconciliation. Withdrawals from the trust account can only be authorized by the property owner for specified categories of payables.

Each property is unique and considerations will be given to each circumstance regarding vacancy and fees, as individual buildings are addressed.
