Jaguar dealer pays $3M for property

Auto seller Al Monjazeb paid $3 million for a Bellevue property adjoining his Jaguar Land Rover dealership, public records show.

The site is also near his Bentley/Lamborghini/Rolls-Royce dealership.

Monjazeb bought the nearby site that is occupied by five office/warehouse buildings totaling more than 26,900 square feet.

The property is at 1804 136th Place N.E. and will remain as is, according to Monjazeb. He said he may covert the property for use by his dealerships, though not in the near term.

Douglas and Britt-Marie K. Ross sold the property, records show.
