Bellevue parcels sold for $36M

An entity of Principal Financial Group of Des Moines, Iowa, has purchased four parcels on 116th Avenue Northeast in Bellevue for $35.8 million from a local firm, according to public records.
A limited liability company of KG Investment Management of Bellevue is the seller of the properties at 128, 200, 316 and 400 116th Ave. N.E.
The properties include auto showrooms and lots and vacant commercial land.
An affiliate of KG developed Ballard Blocks, a new retail and office project adjacent to the Ballard Bridge off-ramp in Seattle.
